I have been in the real estate business for over 25 years. I was first licensed in Ohio, then California and Oregon. I bought my first property when I was almost 21 years old. I can tell you, at that age, such an important purchase seemed scary and intimidating to me - I was provided no guidance. But was I ever thrilled to be a homeowner when it was all said and done. I consider my attention to detail, negotiation skills, and high energy level great assets. These assets are of the utmost importance in my personal transactions, as well as in all my clients' transactions.
